Good ramen! Not thick but not watery. I personally didn’t like the way they cut their chashu, I am sure if cut differently it will taste better. Anyways good in general.
View on Google2026.7 Shio 890 yen. The soup is a clear type, different from the whole chicken espuma type common in chicken paitan ramen. Milky and feels like a chicken version of clam chowder. It had chopped yuzu in it which gave a nice accent. The extra-thick curly noodles, like Hokkaido noodles, had a firm chew and were satisfying.
View on GoogleI had chicken paitan shio ramen. Usually, the noodles are firm, so I asked for a little softer, but unfortunately, the noodles still had a core left, which was disappointing. Soup is also light, for those who are looking for richness, it might not be enough.
View on GoogleThere is a certain miso ramen shop nearby, but if I were to choose one of the miso ramen, I think this one is better. Sat in the counter seat, ordered Miso DX Ramen and fried rice. Waiting about 7 minutes, served in a flash. Let's eat 🙏 Sipping the soup of Miso DX. Wow, the rich taste of miso soaks in Fried rice felt a little bland. Please everyone taste it.
View on GoogleArrived at the shop around 12 o'clock on a weekday. Inside the shop was crowded and I waited a bit. When entering the shop, there is a counter and tables in the back. For ramen, I ordered shio. There is an advantageous lunch-limited service where you can choose one from A to D.
