The chef strives to make everything "homemade" that can be prepared, purchasing half or whole calves, lambs, Kuroge pigs, wild boars, deer, etc., to prepare processed meat products. Among them, popular items are the "long-aged homemade raw ham" and "homemade salami" prepared from bone-in thighs. Also, since it's a restaurant equipped with Osaka's first cheese factory, there are various homemade cheeses prepared from fresh Jersey milk delivered every week. In addition, there are "homemade fruit liquors" using various seasonal fruits, "homemade karasumi" prepared from mullet roe which is only available for a short time in winter, homemade pickles of natural-bacteria farmed vegetables made by long-time farmer friends, homemade bread, handmade pasta, and various other...

View on GoogleVisited for dinner last weekend. I made a reservation a month in advance, but things came up and I had to change it. (They were very gracious about it then too) Since it was a highly-rated restaurant, I went with peace of mind, but I was surprised because every dish exceeded expectations. I was truly amazed to hear that everything, from the cheese to the mulberries used for the aperitif, and even the prosciutto and salami, are homemade! And that prosciutto crudo was delicious. (The bear and sheep salami had a subtle, distinct aroma far off in the distance.) I was moved by the owner's attention to detail and care in every single dish. True to the restaurant's name, every dish is sprinkled with small flowers, making it beautiful to look at. Also, from start to finish, the wife kindly explained the dishes carefully, which was nice. A pasta came out midway, but since it was Japanese style, I'd love to have some hearty Italian pasta. I definitely want to visit again! Thank you for the meal ✨
View on GoogleWent for an anniversary. True to its name, small flowers were scattered across every dish, entertaining both eyes and heart. Each dish was crafted with great care, delicious, and made my heart flutter and feel fulfilled. I thought it's no wonder this restaurant won first place in the world for cheese.
View on GoogleVisited with a reservation for holiday lunch. The atmosphere inside and outside the restaurant, pre-meal drinks, appetizers, pasta, main course, dessert, post-meal design, everything from ingredients to colors was completely satisfying.
