Behind the apartment building there's a paid bicycle parking lot and commercial facilities. Bike rack system. Free for up to 90 minutes after parking, after that it costs 120 yen. Manhole cards are distributed at the Senri New Town Information Center on the 2nd floor. You need to fill out a questionnaire. There are tons of flyers about local events and information. The manhole with the same design as the card is near the entrance decorated with the EXPOCITY logo (Route 129), on the sidewalk across the road. Right next to the staffed bicycle parking on the Senri New Town Plaza side, there's a manhole with a Minami-Senri Station design.

I got a manhole card. It's distributed at the Senri New Town Information Center. Fill out the questionnaire placed on the left as you enter, hand it to the staff, and you'll receive a manhole card.
