I visited around 5 pm, a little early for dinner. It wasn't crowded yet at that hour, just a few groups of calm customers, so I could enjoy my meal quietly. As the sign proclaims 'Sanuki handmade,' the noodles are quite firm and chewy, with a really substantial bite. I ordered the kitsune udon that was well-reviewed, and the fried tofu was simmered sweet; I loved how the broth gushed out when you bit into it. If you're driving, you can use the parking lot of the partner store イズミヤ, which is convenient. It's close to the station too, but not having to worry about parking is a big help. I especially recommend this shop to anyone who likes udon with the powerful texture that only handmade noodles have.

My senior from university took me to their recommended udon shop, and I had the kitsune udon they recommended. The handmade udon had a subtle firmness—not the overly chewy kind that insists 'our shop's handmade, y'know~', but just the right firmness. The juiciness of the fried tofu, soaked with plenty of broth, was exquisite! I was taken by my senior from university to their favorite udon restaurant, where I tried their recommended kitsune udon. The handmade noodles had just the right firmness — not the kind that tries too hard to say “we’re handmade,” but pleasantly chewy and well-balanced. The fried tofu was soaked with flavorful broth, making it wonderfully juicy and delicious!

It was past 3 pm around here and I was looking for somewhere to grab a light bite, so I came here. It was an in-between time, but they didn't make a face, and it was just plain tasty udon. I went with the kitsune udon; the fried tofu was big, sweet, and nice and thick. I ordered it on its own, but they do have set menus too. If I get the chance, I'd like to visit again. It's in the イズミヤ shopping center; if you're driving, park in the annex parking lot, and the shop is on the ground floor. The entrance faces the street outside, not the inside of the mall. Parking validation is available.

The handmade udon is so good!!✨ It takes about 15 minutes after ordering, but I love that they tell you how long it'll be😊 The tempura was amazing too♪ An udon shop I'm definitely coming back to♪

The best udon shop of my life‼️ I go regularly (lol) The noodles, broth, and tempura are all high quality, and the seasonal creative udon menus are something I look forward to every year😊 Since it's a popular shop, there's a wait at lunch and dinner time (especially on weekends), but the staff let you know politely in advance😊 Personally I'm someone who usually hates waiting, but this shop is more than worth the wait (about 20 minutes)‼️ My pick is the ten-zaru udon, but you can't go wrong whether you choose hot or cold udon. They used to serve kashiwa-ten udon year-round, but at some point it became seasonal-only, and that's my one regret (´;ω;`)
