Was craving for sweet and sour pork when I found this homey restaurant. If you’re not in a rush, it’s nice to sit down and have your meal here. There’s only two of them cooking and serving. The server was really nice and suggested me the omakase lunch. It was a nice and hot satisfying meal.

Shanghai Dim Sum Restaurant "Taoyuan" 2-11-70 Katayama-cho, Suita-shi, Osaka Sweet and Sour Pork Lunch ¥800 Although it is authentic Chinese cuisine, the price is quite cheap. Only 3 months since I started working in Suita City. Among them, this was the Chinese restaurant I was most curious about. While the restaurant has a small, homey atmosphere, looking at the walls and surroundings, it seems a bit different from a regular shop. In fact, the master here is a fine chef who trained in Taiwan and authentic Shanghai, China. First of all, you'll understand if you go and look at the menu, but you can enjoy dishes that you can't eat at ordinary restaurants at reasonable prices. Authentic Taiwanese ramen and Shanghai ramen (soup noodles), plus Kesennuma blue shark fin stew for a whopping ¥1500, which is wonderful. I didn't ask about the taste of the simmering soup, but generally it's Cantonese style. Or maybe because he trained in Shanghai, it might be Shangtang (translucent white soup). Before entering, I intended to have noodles and a rice dish, but I tried this black vinegar sweet and sour pork lunch because it was recommended. It has a unique acidity and aroma characteristic of black vinegar that is pungent while hot, but as you eat it, the umami, richness, and depth of flavor increase. Generally, you can tell the level of a restaurant's taste by trying one dish. This restaurant is a must-watch ❗️ However, let me tell you, once your taste buds get used to this kind of restaurant, you won't be able to eat at regular local Chinese spots anymore. You should view this as authentic Chinese food, not local Chinese food made by Japanese people. You should go visit at least once. For parking, you can use the parking lot on the Hankyu Oasis side of Hankyu Green Place right behind, or there seem to be several paid parking lots across the street. But if you shop at the wonderful Hankyu Oasis after dining here, you won't need to pay for parking. Chef: Shaka / 沙華

I had early morning business in Suita, so I moved the day before and visited with my wife for dinner. We had boiled dumplings, pan-fried dumplings, xiaolongbao, Yotsugaya Ramen, Golden Fried Rice, and Mapo Tofu. Everything was superb, especially the Mapo tofu is crazy good. Moreover, 5000 yen including non-alcoholic drinks for this is amazing. If I lived nearby, it's a definite repeat. The food explanation conveying the wife's love ❤️ for her husband is fun. If I visit here again, I'll take care of you~ Thank you for the wonderful time and food.

My favorite restaurant. Delicious and fun. I appreciate the amazing spirit of service, but I hope they raise prices so they can stay open a little longer. The master has top-notch dim sum skills. Boiled dumplings and xiaolongbao are the best. Sesame dumplings made by thoroughly grinding sesame are also exceptional. If you're lucky, there might be leftovers provided for the course meal, so they might recommend something not on the menu...?

It is a Chinese restaurant located in Green Place near Yamato University, up the slope from Katayama Police Station! The inside of the restaurant is not large and has only 3 table seats. If you are using it for multiple people or banquets, it is better to call in advance. As for the food, the boiled dumplings and baked pork buns are exceptionally delicious! The fried rice was also delicious! As for the atmosphere, the female staff member is very cheerful and talks to you a lot! For people who want to eat quietly, it might feel a bit unpleasant, but if you go with banquets or friends to have fun, it is definitely recommended!
