I normally not leave review but this shop is so good that I can't resist to leave them a good review. First, the price is good, lunch set is around 1,300¥ the portion is good enough for a meal but the food quality is so good that is hard to resist to order more. Second, the traditional warm service from the owner leave you the feeling of a old good friend rather than a polite host Third, the quality and presentation of food served is well above even chain store. The wagyu beef is so good that must get as extra. Very happy to find this gem thanks to my daughter research

Still the best. I have been going here for over 20 years, and it's good every single time. I love the atmosphere, the service, and of course the food. I'll keep going here for as long as it's open. If you're in the area and you like shabu-shabu, you need to give it a try.

A restaurant where you can enjoy a course of shabu-shabu→kishimen→dessert. Thanks to the refined taste of the restaurant's leading lady, who loves alcoholic drinks, the drink selection is extensive. They even stock non-alcoholic champagne, cocktails, and beer for designated drivers who can't drink—a classy touch. The master, with the bearing of a hermit sage, holds court at the counter and brews delicious coffee. My recommendation is みやじ豚(ロース). Once you try it, you'll understand how it differs from others. It's an intriguing pork that makes you want to eat it again. You rarely encounter it elsewhere, so it's worth a taste, rather than just a look. The special ponzu and sesame sauce, as well as the broth for the finishing "kishimen," also show a strong commitment to quality and are very delicious. Of course, the personalities of the master and the restaurant's leading lady play a part, but it also makes sense that so many regulars are drawn to this lovely restaurant for preserving its unchanged flavor over the years. I had a shabu-shabu lunch at しゃぶバー柏木, a restaurant specializing in individual shabu-shabu in Suita City, Osaka Prefecture!! It's in a residential neighborhood and doesn't have a conspicuous storefront, but it seems very well loved by locals. The owner and family seem to have run it for a long time, and there appear to be many regular customers. Even so, the owner's personality is lovely, treating me casually and kindly on my first visit. I had the beef shabu lunch. There was plenty of meat, and the portion was very satisfying. Eating alone at the counter lets you enjoy your meal without feeling self-conscious, which is also very nice. The meat quality is very good. The meat is delicious. And yet the price is by no means high. It was very delicious! I'll go again.

Sunday night, my partner wanted shabu-shabu. All the major chain restaurants were packed. A quick search on Google. Found a place that looked good. I called, and they said a private room was available. The restaurant is in a residential neighborhood, with a hidden-away feel. Piano-centered jazz plays inside, giving it a thoroughly grown-up atmosphere. I ordered ビーフあやコース, and my partner ordered ポークみやじ豚コース. Vegetables, kishimen, and dessert are included😀 everyone eats from their own small pot, which is nice, nice♪ The extra beef tongue and octopus shabu-shabu were super tasty too. The private room was fantastic as well, highly recommended. I'll definitely, definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal😋
