Both the shrimp and squid are plump. I tried Japanese Spanish mackerel for the first time; it's a white fish with a unique umami flavor, and this was also delicious. Sizzling hot miso soup contained onions and fragrant vegetables (forgot the name). The interior wasn't too dark and provided a relaxing space. Reasonably priced, very delicious, and really helpful. Just note that credit cards are not accepted.

I had been curious about this place for a while, so I visited for Sunday lunch. I ordered the daily B lunch. The honey soy sauce fried pork shoulder loin wasn't large in quantity, but it had a gentle seasoning and was delicious. Eventful/delicious simmered sweet potatoes seemed to be sold as a side dish too, and this also had a gentle seasoning with a lovely sweetness. The miso soup had a solid dashi flavor and was delicious. While the portions aren't huge, it felt just right for me, and for 800 yen with this quality, it feels like quite a bargain. The staff, likely a married couple, had a gentle vibe. I'd like to come again.

Had the chicken cutlet set meal for lunch. It looked quite voluminous, but the chicken cutlet batter was crispy and not heavy, and the chicken wasn't greasy yet tender, going well with the sweet and savory sauce so I devoured it quickly. The menu probably changes, but lunch lets you choose between A and B, so it's recommended.

It was insanely delicious! And to think this set is only 1280 yen! Best cost performance ever! I'm definitely coming back! Update 7/21 Visited days in a row. It was amazingly delicious today too! Truly a lifesaver of a restaurant for someone living away from family. Much appreciated.

Lunch from 800 yen~ Evening set meals around ~1500 yen Whatever you eat, it's delicious and super reasonable 🥰 Personally: Cost performance 5 stars, overall 4 stars They're hanging in there without raising prices in this day and age, which I appreciate, but it makes me worry if they're okay. The side dishes, miso soup, and white rice are all delicious, but especially the homemade croquette—the ingredients change depending on the day, but it's sweet, melty, and delicious. I just wish the exterior and interior had a slightly brighter atmosphere.
