If you do not understand Japanese, it might be confusing. Otherwise, ordering is pretty simple. You select the noodle portion you want, side dishes (if any) and, if you want additional meat. If the restaurant is full, you order at the machine first and join the queue outside. A staff will call you in when there are available seats. Went when it opened at 6pm and there was a queue which built up my anticipation for a ramen shop in the middle of nowhere. Had a huge shock when i received the ramen. The portion was huge, even though i ordered the smallest portion of noodles. It is a Jiro style ramen, with a lot of toppings. Broth is rich and filled with pieces of pork fat, while the cha shu was also rich in flavour. Highly recommend if you are extremely hungry and looking to devour something. If you have a small appetite, avoid this place.

Helpful instructions: When you get there go directly to the ordering machine and buy your ticket THEN wait in the line. Cups, chopsticks, napkins and ramen spoon is in the corner opposite to the ordering machine. Take your towel with you when you leave and put it in the bucket outside the door. Staff is super helpful and was very kind helping me to order. The chef’s English skills really helped. Ramen broth and noodles were amazing. Meat was dry for me but it was chicken so 🤷‍♀️

【Ramen】 Tonkotsu-flavored lightly emulsified soup combines with a powerful soy sauce tare. You can taste the powerful, hearty shoyu tonkotsu ☝️ I asked for less garlic and I think I was able to enjoy it just right 😊 Chunky fat amplifies the umami and adds richness ✨ It also has a wild beast odor! A highly addictive soup 🤗 Speaking of Kudo-san! Their signature flat, wide, soft, mushy noodles. Soft enough that you don't need teeth 🤣 The chewy, soft noodles have surface damage so they absorb the soup well 😊 I was able to eat while thoroughly enjoying the deliciousness of the soup ~🎶 Combined with vegetables (centered around bean sprouts) in just the right balance 😆 The saltiness gets neutralized ☝️ Ordered 200g of noodles ✨ But Kudo-san's noodles thoroughly absorb moisture so even 200g has a lot of volume! If you approach it like other Jiro-style places, you'll regret it 🤣 Use with planning! That's it 😇 Topping cheese is cheddar cheese 🧀 The faint acidity of the rich cheese melts into the soup and noodles, and overlapping it creates a mellow taste! Chunk pork chashu has a bouncy, firm texture ✨ With a springy elasticity, you feel like you're eating meat. It's delicious ~🎶 Vegetables are not chosen by quantity from the start, but you can get refills halfway through ☝️ Overdoing it is strictly prohibited 1 Out of the question to pile it up just for looks and not be able to eat it. Measures like food waste issues were properly handled 💮

@Kojin (Ramen) A system to reduce the amount of noodles by attaching clothespins. Since 1 clothespin minus 50g, this time I had 150g. Shoyu-based tonkotsu soup. The noodles are as soft as Ise udon, soak up the soup well, and have a rich taste. The vegetables are also thoroughly boiled, as limp as the noodles. Pork chashu is also rich and substantial. It was delicious, but as someone who usually eats a standard portion of ramen, I was quite full. 🏠 Counter seats only (12 seats). Cash only. Submit meal tickets to the counter, and the call starts before the ramen is served with the signal from the shop side "Do you want garlic?":
