An interesting ramen shop where the price is the same (1000 yen) regardless of the size, which ranges from 100g to 400g of noodles. The standard toppings include bean sprouts, garlic, fat and spicy powder. The broth is quite salty and strong, but goes down well with the other ingredients. This is certainly a place where you can fill up on a massive bowl when hungry. There often seems to be a line outside, so be prepared to wait around 20 to 40 minutes during peak times.
View on GoogleI've tried lots of different jiro-style ramen, and this place is in the top 3 when it comes to flavor. The soup, noodles, and toppings are all EXCELLENT. It's a little annoying that some toppings that are usually included in the standard order cost extra, but it's not too bad. The ramen man talks very quietly and is very muffled by his mask, though, so make sure you don't misunderstand the things he's asking you, or you might end up with some things you didn't actually want.
View on GoogleThe taste is average but the serving size is h-u-g-e. Don’t feel shy to go for the smaller sized bowl.
View on GoogleDipped in the soup, I saw the layers of memories back in a time in Ichijoji.
View on GoogleI was pretty drunk, but I remember this being tasty
