I ordered chashu men for 1200円🍜The chashu had the flavor I like and was delicious. My companion ordered champon🍜We shared karaage and gyoza😋Thanks for the meal🙏
View on GoogleThe staff are friendly and the seating is spacious, so you can eat comfortably. As others have commented, the soup isn't great. It has no particular character, so it tastes weak; maybe that's because it's made without garlic... The noodles also feel halfway there, with a finish that doesn't suggest much care... The chashu was tender, well seasoned, and delicious. For lunch, a ramen and chashu donburi set with hiyayakko and pickles cost exactly 1000円, which I think is a pretty normal price. I really hope they'll work hard to thoroughly improve the soup and noodles.
View on GoogleI had miso ramen (900円) with teishoku sono yon (+400円・a cha-don, small side dish, and pickles set). The miso ramen had thin noodles and plenty of vegetables, making it satisfying. The thick-cut chashu was thoroughly seasoned and delicious enough to serve as a drinking snack too. However, the soup, arguably its main pillar, wasn't to my taste. There was a faint miso aroma, but the flavor was so weak I couldn't really taste the miso. It felt like even the base soup wasn't to my liking, which was disappointing. The cha-don uses the same chashu as the ramen, so it's a nice dish. It also has a little more volume than I expected. Their coronavirus precautions included alcohol disinfectant and partitions.
View on GoogleI highly recommend the champon. Tonkotsu miso with lots of toppings and medium-thick curly noodles cooked just right—delicious! I don't understand the low ratings.
View on GoogleThey offer several kinds of ramen centered on tonkotsu, with gentle, mellow flavors. There's also a good selection of alcohol and side dishes. Service is a little slow at night, perhaps because the owner runs it alone, but I think it's a thoroughly satisfying ramen shop.
