I've been here several times right when it opens, and all kinds of bread are all-you-can-eat! As they run out, fresh bread is added to the trays, so I keep checking back multiple times looking for different kinds of bread lol. Unlike typical all-you-can-eat bread where the dough itself tastes cheap, sweet breads like walnut bread and melon bread are also delicious~ The anpan (sweet red bean bun) and the whole-wheat sausage bread were delicious too. I am super full and extremely satisfied for this price.
View on GoogleA domestic wheat bakery located inside a station building(?). The back is quite spacious, with a plaster-like style. It has the vibe of a white-stucco seaside... like the Aegean Sea, but with totally different styles of paintings splashed right across it. Everything feels handmade, which is interesting. I tried ordering the morning set. Tuna and tomato bagel sandwich. The dough, packed with sesame seeds, is super fluffy... lol. It's neither chewy nor firm, so if you think of it as a bagel, you might wonder, "Huh?" However, they also seem to have toast sets and let you eat-in with bread bought from the shop. There's a toaster placed in the back, so you can bake it however you like.
View on GoogleStep into the shop, head left, and you'll find the freshly baked bread shop for takeout. Head right, and you'll find the Italian restaurant. I've used both, but the restaurant is especially wonderful. There is also a menu where you can pick out some breads from the freshly baked bread shop and enjoy an all-you-can-eat bread option. Often, all-you-can-eat bread places only offer about 5 or 6 fixed types of bread, but the all-you-can-eat bread here is rich in variety. It's an all-you-can-eat bread concept you don't usually see. There's a toaster next to it, so you can warm up your bread. The pasta is also delicious. Lunch is a great deal. I've been to various all-you-can-eat bread places, but so far, this restaurant is my favorite. The mural on the wall inside is also magnificent and worth seeing.
View on GoogleThey say they use domestic wheat (apparently wheat from Hokkaido and Mie). Takeout bread is lined up on the left side of the store, and on the right side, there is a cafe corner where they also seem to serve lunch. On the glass window at the store's entrance, there was a sticker from the Kansai local TV show "Tonari no Ningen Kokuho" (National Treasure Next Door). Someone must have come for a feature story. Today I bought sweet bread and whole-wheat bread to take home and eat. As for the taste of the bread, regarding the sweet bread, I couldn't particularly taste the goodness of the wheat; it was just a decent sweet bread. I bought French toast made by cutting a baguette, but unfortunately, it had strawberry jam inside. Since I want to enjoy the simple flavors of wheat, eggs, milk, and sugar in French toast, adding jam makes the taste muddy (just my personal preference). The salt bread is clearly saltier compared to the salt bread you eat at other shops. The whole-wheat bread was quite delicious.
View on GoogleIt might lack flashy looks, but they line up breads with delicious dough. My favorites are the cheese cup and the mini chocolate Danish. The dough has just the right amount of air, and the cheese cup is something I've hardly seen at other shops—it's truly delicious. I also like their whole-wheat bread. The prices are set quite reasonably compared to other shops, and I'm grateful for such a high-quality establishment. Nearby shops have their shutters down and the old vibrancy is gone, but I hope this shop keeps doing its best as a precious bakery.
