This was my first visit to this store. The female owner was very warm and kind to her customers, making me feel at home despite being in a strange place.🥰🥰 The shio ramen I ordered was incredibly delicious. I promise , in my memory, Japanese ramen is usually quite salty, but this one gave me a refreshing feeling.💕💕💕💕
View on GoogleSince it was my first visit, I ordered the shoyu, which seemed to be the standard option. It was exquisitely delicious: seemingly light, yet with a deep savoriness spreading through my mouth. The kind of flavor that makes you want to drink every last drop. That's what it was like. You can choose the amount of rice for the buta don. I chose large. It looked like enough to fill me up on its own. But the ramen was so delicious that perhaps I'd have been more satisfied ordering just ramen and getting extra noodles. I also appreciate the many seasonings for changing the flavor, such as beni shoga, sesame, and spicy miso.
View on GoogleI visited right when they opened, but customers kept arriving afterward, making me feel this is a well-loved shop. I ordered niku soba shoyu. The soup's sweetness and richness stand out, and the yuzu-scented grated daikon topping lets you enjoy a unique change of flavor. Half an egg is a nice touch too. I'd like to try the shio as well. Thanks for the meal!
View on GoogleThis is a ramen shop I absolutely love. From the permanent menu to summer hiyashi niku soba and winter miso niku soba, everything is always wonderfully delicious ramen. The soup has a very delicate dashi flavor, and the grated daikon and yuzu go incredibly well with it. I could eat two bowls of plain rice with just the soup. It's run by a female owner. It's amazing that such wonderful ramen is made by so few people😭 Thank you always😭 It's already been 3 years since I moved to this area from Yamagata, the land of ramen, but I still haven't found a ramen shop that matches this one‼︎ Thank you always for the delicious ramen😭
View on GoogleI had niku mazesoba. I meant to have niku soba shoyu, but made a mistake at the ticket machine. But it was hot, so having mazesoba for the first time in my life was nice too. Next time I'll try again for niku soba (lol)
