A ramen shop near the edge of the Esaka station. They specialize on their onion-based ramen but their tsukemen is their bestseller. I ordered their large size tsukemen, and honestly I think their sauce is not too flavorful enough for my expectation. At least the volume can match the price point. Also, as with all tsukemen shops you could tell them for soup wari at the end of eating the tsukemen.

Used for lunch. This time ordered tsukemen. The noodles are thick with a firm texture and filling. The rich seafood soup clings well, and you can feel the umami in every bite. Chashu is tender, toppings like half-boiled seasoned egg and bamboo shoots are carefully made, so I could delicious enjoy it to the end without getting tired of it. The soup is rich, but not sickening, and the balance with the noodles was good. The location is close to Esaka Station, making it easy to drop by. I think it's a recommended shop for those who like niboshi or seafood-based tsukemen. I want to use it again when I come nearby.

Niboshi ramen was also light and delicious. The tsukemen noodles were thick and had a firm texture which was delicious, and the dipping broth flavor was not just thick, but had depth which I liked! Since it's a ticket vending machine system It seems new bills cannot be used and the staff will change them. This time it was empty, but I thought this would be hard during busy times... I thought. Staff were also bright and good!

Recalling going a few times in college days, I visited with my husband who likes niboshi broth. I was aiming for tsukemen, and was satisfied with the rich flavor just as I remembered! The photo was probably regular size, but for light eaters, small size would fill you up. It would be helpful if the ticket machine could handle the new 500 yen coin!

Stopped by as a finale to travel dining. Atmosphere and taste are faultless, I think. Taste is a matter of preference. The ramen bowl is a little small, but the soup that costs money is precious and just delicious to drink up, I think the amount is good enough to want to drink a little more. In fact, the soup was not bitter and had a good balance ♪
