The shop is famous with their Taiwan Soba (台湾まぜそば). Instead of normal soba, the soba is white in colour and the sauce is spicy (kind of similar to mapo tofu that kind of spicy). The set I've ordered is the deluxe set (台湾まぜそばdx), which comes with additional cha-shu, roast cha-shu and water gyoza. The waiter is friendly and would ask whether you are able to take the spiciness. The shop also offer non-spicy soba, such as 塩そば or 中華そば. Recommended if you like strong taste or would like to try something new.

会社の近くにある、麺やマルショウ へお昼ご飯食べに行って来ました。 お昼時は並ぶと口コミありましたが、1人だったのでちょうどカウンターに座れました。 その後すぐ満席で名前を書いて待ちが出来ていました😅 混ぜそばが有名のようで、お客さんの大半が台湾混ぜそばを注文されてましたが、辛い物が苦手なので、塩ラーメン　DX1,320円を注文 台湾混ぜそばの香りや、食べているお客さんを見ているだけで、汗をかいて来ました😅 塩ラーメンは美味しく、次は醤油ラーメン。 そしていつの日か、ゆっくり夜にでも🍺片手に台湾混ぜそばにもチャレンジしてみようと思いました。 ご馳走様でした☺️

2026/1/25同僚が美味しい台湾混ぜそばがあるよで訪問です。混ぜそばをオーダーするつもりが台湾ラーメンに心が揺れてオーダーしました。オーダーしてから程なく着丼です。見た目は激辛ですがそんな事はなく辛いの苦手なたぬきでも何なく食べれますが汗がびっしょり出ましたw辛いのが好きな方は辛さを調整してもらうのが良いですね。ひき肉とニラが良い塩梅でペロリと完食です。次は混ぜそばで挑戦します。ご馳走様でした。また接客も丁寧ですのでお勧めです♪
