~For Yamada's Italian food or fresh pasta, please visit Kamakura Pasta Dew Hankyu Yamada store~ We want many people to know the deliciousness of fresh pasta. With that passion in mind, Kamakura Pasta was founded in 2006. To this day, we remain committed to fresh pasta, never using pre-boiled noodles. We boil the noodles portion by portion after receiving an order, delivering freshly made, piping-hot dishes to our customers. Fresh pasta with a chewy texture and freshness that can never be experienced with dried noodles is guaranteed to be addictive once you try it. Our recommendation is Carbonara using a special cream sauce. Break the egg yolk in the center with chopsticks and mix it with the noodles. The unique texture of fresh noodles...

Went to Expo Park & LaLaport. If it's super crowded, I head back to Yamada Station and either eat at Kamakura Pasta inside Dew Yamada or Kazokutei right next to it. The food was very delicious, but the pasta was slightly clumpy in some parts. Because of that, I deducted 1 star. I visited in a wheelchair, and the staff were very kind. The interior is barrier-free. Will visit again.
View on GoogleUsed it for lunch. I visited around 12 PM on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all. I feel like when I went to a different branch before they had all-you-can-eat bread or something, but they didn't have it here. I don't feel like it's great value for money or anything, but it's normally delicious! I used an e-gift voucher, but the cashier seemed a bit unsure and asked someone else.
View on GoogleIt had the texture of ramen with overcooked noodles, and I didn't like it. The cream was also bland and subtle. It might be a matter of preference, but personally I prefer Goemon. The staff were efficient and left a very good impression. Also, the basil bread was delicious.
View on GoogleThe genovese pasta was surprisingly soft and not delicious. Do they boil it and leave it sitting around?? Anyway, there was nothing good about the pasta. I want to know why it's so soft. Even if I boil it at home, it doesn't get that soft.
View on GoogleThe paper wet towel (oshibori) is thick and good. The large portion of pasta was genuinely a large portion. In terms of taste, there are no flaws. There is a wide variety, which makes it hard to choose. Good because you can visit casually.
