I went for lunch. I had a weekday off, and reviews said people queue before opening, so I arrived 15 minutes before opening. No one was there. 2 people came 10 minutes before, there were 3 people 5 minutes before, and more than 10 people 1 minute before. The flavors are gentle and natural, the kind I think everyone from children to older people would find delicious. It's not just the udon that's delicious—everything is. The takikomi gohan was neither too lightly nor too strongly seasoned, the tempura was crispy, and the karaage was probably chicken breast, but tender and easy to eat. The person who came with me said, "It's been ages since I had freshly fried tempura this good~." People kept coming while we ate. If you arrive and only queue outside, they won't call you in. It seems the system is to go inside, write your name on the paper hanging right in front of you, then wait outside. I left just after 12, and about 10 people were waiting.

Beef curry udon (with white rice) 1050円 Delicious! Both the broth and noodles are delicious! The long noodles are coated in spicy, rich curry broth They have tempura scraps left from frying tempura, and the scraps were delicious even on their own The hostess served customers attentively, her husband cooked quietly and diligently, and the clean interior had a very nice atmosphere There were several paid parking lots nearby

A popular udon restaurant in 吹田市片町. There's a short wait at lunchtime. The menu is varied, the service is good, and the udon has a little firmness, making it very easy to eat. I don't know if it was just the day I visited, but it was being run by 2 people, so the food took a little time to arrive. Maybe checking the orders of people waiting in advance would help make service faster?

Popular even on weekdays! Freshly fried tempura and bukkake udon are a perfect match! I visited "自家製麺 うどん 司" in Suita around 13 on a weekday. About 5 people were queuing, but I got in after about 20 minutes. I ordered bukkake udon with assorted tempura and 司からあげ. The udon was glossy, firm, and pleasantly chewy. The freshly fried tempura included 4 types: shrimp, chicken, small chikuwa, and pumpkin, with a light, crispy coating. The chicken tempura was especially juicy and memorable. The 司からあげ was crisp outside and soft and juicy inside. It was generously portioned but well balanced overall, leaving me very satisfied. The interior was clean and calm. I'd recommend avoiding the lunch peak, when the wait is relatively shorter. Thanks for the meal.

Arrived around 12:00. About 5 people were waiting. It seems there are often queues. Waited about 15 minutes, then went inside. The noodles have some firmness, about 3 on a scale of 10. Not too firm, more of a smooth, slippery type 😄 The tempura is freshly fried and crispy. The portion isn't that large, so men might find it a little insufficient.
