The yellow roof along the road is a landmark, so I found it without getting lost even on my first visit. I went around 13:00, and maybe the lunch peak had just calmed down a bit, because I was able to sit down without waiting, which was nice. The daily lunch I ordered had lots of side dishes and was nutritionally well balanced. It's hard to make this many kinds at home, so being able to enjoy a little of various dishes is great. The chiffon cake I had after the meal was fluffy too, giving the impression that even the snacks are made with care. The staff's service was very kind, and the whole shop had a warm atmosphere. The parking lot isn't very big, so you may need to be careful at busy times. It was a cafe with an atmosphere where you can relax even on your own.
View on GoogleI had the cake set with the seasonal tart. The Shine Muscat tart was delicious—not just the fruit, but the custard cream and tart crust too—and I was very satisfied! The staff were pleasant, and I had a comfortable time. Next time I'd like to try the cute cookies and the daily lunch too.
View on GoogleWent at lunchtime on a weekday. When I went in, it turned out to be a really cute cafe⭐︎ It was a little past the 14:00 lunch L.O., but they still served us the lunch menu, which was a big help♪ The daily lunch plate was delicious☺️ It came with miso soup and a drink for 1200 yen. While we were chatting away after the meal, the staff gave us complimentary mint tea and cute kitty cookies🙏 They also sell bento, and have plenty of sweets and baked goods. It seemed they also sell accessories and artwork by artists. I'd walked past it several times before, but since there were lots of flags out front, I thought it might be a takeout-only shop❓💦 This time I found out it's a cafe and visited for the first time with a friend❣️ It's a shame that the cuteness of the interior is hard to see from outside🥲 The staff are lovely people, and although the shop is compact, it's a cozy cafe. Next time I'd like to try the sweets too⭐︎
View on GoogleI went for a solo lunch just after noon on a weekday. I ordered the B lunch for 1,400 yen, which is the daily lunch (with soup and drink) plus a half-size cake. It was filling with lots of dishes, and the side dishes were delicious too! Not the heavy flavors of THE eating out, but a delicious home-style taste that was vibrant yet comforting. The half-size dessert cake was homemade too, and the gâteau au chocolat was rich and dense and went really well with coffee. I happened to have plans to meet a friend, so I also bought baked goods by the register. They put them in a house-shaped gift box. So cute… When I ordered an extra hot black tea, it came in an equally cute yellow teapot, with plenty to drink—a great deal! I also bought a few pound cakes for home. The best-before date was longer than I expected, so they seem good as gifts too As for access, there doesn't seem to be a parking lot, but it's very close to the bus stop (Meishin-shita) and right on a bus route, so it's easy to find. Since it was a late lunch, there were plenty of free seats and I had a relaxed lunch, but locals(?) were buying takeout here and there. The interior is cozy and cute and you can relax, so next time I definitely want to go for tea with friends or family.
View on GoogleI had lunch here. They're really particular about their ingredients. It's not like they're all "We're all-natural!" either, but it feels like a neighborhood lunch spot that offers ingredients and a space you can feel at ease with. The portion passes for this price, and the atmosphere is homey rather than stiff. However, the tables are compact, so I'd rather not go at times when moms and kids are absorbed in chatting. The music being the radio bothered me a little. I think it's just right for working, though. For the shop's atmosphere, music box, bossa nova, classical piano, or even jazz might be nice. I think the staff could also play their favorite genres depending on the time of day. Maybe a 100-yen discount for solo customers who want a quiet morning set or brunch? By making good use of people nearby who want to have lunch with their mom friends, I thought this is a shop I really hope will keep going for a long time.
