Nice cozy place with a simple menu. Guessing it caters mainly for students. Reasonably priced and with good service. Perfect to study in...which is what most other customers were doing.

The crepe shop I was aiming for was closed, so I went in to eat a parfait instead. The taste is ordinary but the price is reasonable. If I get the chance, next time I'll try the lunch menu

Visited with family for lunch. Rather than a cafe, perhaps it's a Showa-era kissaten? The bustling menus and flyers might be a matter of taste, but personally, it felt a bit unsettling. The food gave off the vibe that they might be using frozen foods straight from a kissaten food wholesaler's lunch menu, though the mocomoco was spicy as-is, while the pasta and curry were okay to eat. We also ordered several kinds of cake, but they were ordinary. I felt I wanted some ingenuity like handmade items or specialty cakes, but maybe that's not the kind of shop this is. The drink in the drink set was also ordinary. It would have been nice if the coffee was delicious, etc. Overall, it felt mediocre for the price, and it was unclear why the review ratings are high. I thought the staff member who served us was polite and wonderful.

Cafe mogumogu", located right from the main gate of Kansai University. On the way to the main gate after getting off at Hankyu Railway's Kandai-mae station, there are lots of shops that you'll inevitably get sucked into. Since it's in front of a university, naturally, reasonably priced shops are lined up. And the ramen rate is high. Having shaken off the temptations, I finally arrived at "Cafe mogumogu". As a childcare-supporting cafe, a kids' space is secured. A diaper-changing space is also fully equipped. Allergy-free meals available! Strollers OK! They also have hot water for baby formula! Thinking it might target only students since it's right in front of the university gate, it naturally welcomes everyone from students to parenting moms as a place where they can drop in casually. When you enter the shop, there is a cash register right away. Their rule of semi-self-service means you order and pay first. If you sit and wait at your table, the food will be brought to you. The style is that you self-return your finished dishes to the return counter. First, ordering. There are lots of menus posted around the register area. From morning sets to curry, pasta, rice bowls, sandwiches, and a la carte items. There are also plenty of desserts. Drinks were also quite abundant, ranging from coffee to non-alcoholic cocktails and alcoholic beverages. A shop operating continuously from morning to night seemed like a cafe that could be enjoyed for various purposes. ● Karbo-rice 830 yen ● Marshmallow Wiener coffee 430 yen ※ Set discount ▲100 yen I was seated at the window counter. There are power outlets on the wall, and it's possible to use smartphones or PCs. The karbo-rice arrived shortly. Karbo-rice with a soft-boiled egg in the center. Plentiful carbonara sauce around it. Parmigiano on top. It looks like carbonara. Rich carbonara sauce with large bacon and a soft-boiled egg. There's no way it wouldn't be delicious. Karbo-rice, replacing pasta with rice, is a masterpiece with a nice idea. Omelette curry seemed popular at this shop. Both people next to me had omelette curry. A delicious curry aroma was wafting about. The marshmallow Wiener coffee manages to stay in the cup thanks to surface tension with fresh cream marshmallows and chocolate sauce, but the moment you put a spoon in, it overflows. If you dawdle taking pictures, during that time the fresh cream melts and flows out of the cup onto the saucer. Deal with the fresh cream immediately and take a breather. It's a delicious Wiener coffee. The visuals are nice, so this old man is a bit bewildered w We enjoyed both deliciously. I saw on Instagram that they seemed to have held a live event for children before. It's a wonderful shop overflowing with the owner's kindness. We enjoyed it. Thank you for the meal.

Today I went to a cafe that is open on weekends and holidays as well. Ordered the cafe au lait morning set! It felt orthodox, but I could relax in the calm interior. It's a precious cafe around Kandai-mae so I'd like to come again.
