View on GoogleThe best Chinese food I've ever had!!! We ordered tenshinhan, omurice, fried chicken, and gyoza, and everything was so delicious that the two of us ate it all up in a flash! The match between the salt-based tenshinhan sauce and the fluffy-gooey egg is...! Needless to say! Exceptional!!! Looking at it, you might think it's salt-based and lightly flavored, but it's well-seasoned ◎ The omurice features ketchup rice with, once again, that fluffy-gooey egg! And plenty of ketchup...! The onions? or whatever was hidden inside the ketchup rice also had amazing umami and sweetness!! My husband liked it so much he ate almost all of it lol The fried chicken is also very voluminous! I wondered if we could finish it, but it wasn't greasy, it was real meat chicken, not just batter, and it was so delicious that neither of us could stop our chopsticks...!! As for the gyoza, they have thin wrappers with a vegetable-packed filling, refreshing, and it felt like you could eat them infinitely! They are a bit small! 4 items for 2600 yen ◎ Also, the personalities of the owner and his wife? were sooooo wonderful!!! There's a warmth like you've known them for a long time. It's a place you'll definitely want to visit again! It's a bit far from home and requires a car, but It's become my favorite restaurant, enough that renting a car just to go here is totally worth it!!
View on GoogleA town chuka located in a residential area. Thinking that they operate right here from morning till night without even taking a lunch break gives a sense of dignity. It seems to be run by a married couple, and their interaction—like a good-natured dad and a slightly snappy mom—is dramatic and touching. Even when he speaks somewhat sternly to the dad, he treats me, the customer, very gently and politely. This alone fills my heart. Ordered the well-regarded tenshinhan, gyoza, and beer. The tenshinhan is piping hot with a salt-based starchy sauce, packed with umami. The gyoza were small, garlic-infused, and had a reassuring taste. A place I'd want to visit regularly if it were nearby. Dad, mom, please take care of your health and keep it up without overworking yourselves.
View on GoogleA restaurant I happened to find while out for other errands. The tenshinhan and other dishes recommended by others were delicious, but the fried chicken and kimchi fried rice were exceptional. I love both town chuka and upscale Chinese cuisine and have eaten a lot of it, but I like the kimchi fried rice here the best. The moderate spiciness combined with sweetness and umami is irresistible. When I ate it for the first time, I had a second helping. Now, I make other errands just to come here and use the highway to eat this. I hope the owner and his mom stay healthy and live long.
View on GoogleLarge serving of champon and half-chahan set. Maybe because it's a large serving, the noodles are a bit soft. The taste was delicious. The old lady added a nice flavor to the place. I always go to Osaka Ohsho, so this was refreshing.
