Good food and good service.

I use this on busy days or days when I can't go to the supermarket. They have a variety of toppings and the seasoning is strong, but they are flexible with requests like making it lighter or without sauce when ordering. If picking up in store, you can place your phone order in advance and pick it up without any waiting time.

au PAY or cash. I ate the middle fatty tuna (chutoro) while blowing on it because it was meltingly hot. Delicious.

Cheap and delicious!! I love the combination of pork-tama (pork okonomiyaki) and large mixed yakisoba for 1100 yen. You can even eat right next to the shop.

The takoyaki, yakisoba, and okonomiyaki all suited both my palate and my family's, and we've been enjoying them deliciously. Aside from the customer service attitude and the conversations between staff that sound like gossiping about someone, it has zero complaints! Other people have also left comments about hearing complaints, so this must be an everyday occurrence. Well, it's delicious so I'll still go buy it.
