Many items are properly prepared and aged. 8 pieces and red miso soup for 1100 yen is quite cheap. The shari is not the type that dissolves easily But the tightly packed type. Also, the wasabi has a quite strong kick. Since it's good wasabi, the refreshing aroma and refreshing spiciness were nice, but For those who don't like it, it's better to ask for less. Hamachi had a strong umami flavor and was my favorite, and I was quite happy to be able to eat kazunoko. Also, the red miso soup tasted of littleneck clams and was delicious. Considering the toppings, it is quite reasonable. I thought it would be nice to have a drink with this lol Thank you for the meal♪
