This is a ramen shop run by a lovely couple with wonderful smiles 🍜 The ramen, gyoza, and fried chicken are all delicious and go great with drinks! I use it for a drink after work 😌💗 The recommendation is the vegetable-packed miso ramen 🍜

I went twice, on the grand opening first day and the fifth day. On the first day I ordered Shoyu ramen. Since it was the first day, operations seemed not working well, and it took 30 minutes from sitting down to starting to eat the ramen. In the meantime, gyoza, fried rice, and large portion ramen were brought out, and I had to reply that I didn't order them three times. After that, the ordered ramen was brought out. It's chuka soba with a firm seafood feel using curly noodles, and the volume is full and delicious. Since the owner makes everything by himself, I think it would be nice if the staff could get a little more used to it and divide the work. The second time I had the vegetable ramen. Plenty of garlic-flavored stir-fried vegetables, and although it's the same soy sauce base as last time, it tastes completely different and delicious. I'll stop by again during my lunch break when I want to eat ramen. Postscript Third visit. I wanted to eat plenty of vegetables so this time I got tanmen. The vegetable ramen had a soy sauce soup, but the tanmen had a salt soup and this was also my favorite flavor!! This ramen has a large volume so it's hard to get around to ordering fried rice or gyoza... I want to take my time and eat various things. Fourth visit This time I wanted to eat fried rice, so a set of salt ramen and half fried rice. The salt ramen has a light soup. The previous tanmen had a solid taste because it contained stir-fried vegetables, so it felt a little lacking. The fried rice was moist, but the taste was spot on. The ramen also has a large volume so I felt full when eating it as a set.

Shoyu Ramen A Set Medium Fried Rice While driving a little while ago, I noticed a new shop opened, and I was finally able to visit today. Visiting right at opening time at 11:00 on Sunday, I got in immediately with 1 customer ahead. By the time the noodles were served, the inside of the shop was full and there was a waiting line. Visiting early on weekends seems like a good idea. Well, eating the ramen which is the main subject, it is delicious. It's a shop whose future evolution I look forward to. As for the fried rice, although slightly mushy, the taste was very delicious. Next time I want to eat tsukesoba. Thank you for the meal. [2026.2.14 Revisit] Tsuke Ramen (Shoyu) Earlier, I ordered the tsuke ramen I was curious about. Served in 3 dishes: noodles, soup, and ingredients. Personally, I liked it more than the Shoyu ramen I ordered before. I could check the original taste of both the low-hydration curly noodles and the soup. It was delicious. The ingredients themselves were also firmly flavored, and I thought the taste wouldn't waver until the end if I ate it without dipping it in the soup (the seasoning of the ingredients is also very delicious).
