Even though the takoyaki was already cooked, they kept making okonomiyaki for a while. I got annoyed and was about to say something when they started packing the takoyaki, and they gave me shriveled takoyaki that had been sitting around. Other takoyaki shops did not serve shriveled takoyaki that had been sitting around, so I was surprised. Not even a single “Thank you.” I do not know if they are a part-timer or what, but people like this should not work in customer service! It really put me in a bad mood I do not even want to give 1 star. It is not particularly tasty either, and I will never buy it again. Please train your staff.
