Very Good !!

2024/08/06 Used "Yakiniku Toraji" in Uenoshiba. This is my second visit. My impression is that the interior has a calm atmosphere and is a yakiniku restaurant where you can dine at a leisurely pace. The meat has a consistent taste overall, and I thought it was good that the umami could be solidly felt depending on the grilling degree. Customer service was also polite, and the flow from ordering to serving was relatively smooth. I felt it's a restaurant where you can enjoy meals with peace of mind, just like my previous visit. While there are no particularly surprising elements, it leaves the impression of a reliable yakiniku restaurant that is easy to casually use. Rating this time is 3 stars. 2021/04/11 Visited Yakiniku Toraji Uenoshiba branch. Struck by the impression of a calm atmosphere yakiniku restaurant where you can leisurely enjoy meals. The meat is safely delicious overall, and you definitely get the satisfaction typical of yakiniku. Rather than having a particularly strong impact, the impression is of a consistent taste. The interior is clean, service is polite, and I think it's a shop you can use with peace of mind. Considering the price and content, overall it's neither good nor bad, but I felt it's one of the options when wanting to eat yakiniku nearby. I feel it's a spot easy to utilize when you want to casually enjoy yakiniku.

Dropped by without checking beforehand, but it was super delicious and a huge hit! Tongue and lean meat were tender yet very satisfying to chew, and the juiciness of the rib fat was the best! The sashimi dishes were also delicious 😋 The sauce was simple and delicious too♪ Above all, the personalities of the master and mama were wonderful 💓

I haven't found a yakiniku restaurant that surpasses this one yet. I've eaten yakiniku all over Tokyo, Fukuoka, Osaka, and Kyoto, but considering the quality of the meat, price, atmosphere, etc., I haven't found a place that beats this one. The tongue is neither too thick nor too thin, just the right thickness that makes you want to shout, "This is it!" The tetchan is the same. The solid thickness of the upper mino. Just the right chewiness. The sauce is not sweet, yet somehow incredibly delicious. A good supplier and good craftsmanship overlap to create yakiniku that makes you groan in admiration! Highly satisfied every time ♪

This is always where I go when I want to eat yakiniku outside. First time coming since the corona outbreak, but I feel at ease knowing they are mindful of infection countermeasures.
