A Yakiniku restaurant located inside the Sakai-higashi shopping arcade, about a 3-minute walk from Nankai Sakai-higashi Station. It's a long-established restaurant in business for over 60 years with an older staff. I stopped by during weekday lunch, originally planning to eat at a different restaurant, but changed my plan and barged in after spotting this place with its retro vibe along the way. Ordered the Kalbi Set meal for 1690 yen. The meat is definitely delicious. However, for a 1690 yen set meal, the amount of meat is small. And the amount of rice is also small. If you want a large portion of rice, it's plus 50 yen. It's not a big amount, but it dampens the mood. I like that the interior is retro, but the slightly pressuring customer service often found in long-established restaurants (probably family) also dampens the mood. It was lunchtime, but the customer turn-out was mediocre, and I can somewhat understand that the other customers were elderly acquaintances.
