Visited in June 2026. Recommended for people who are dying to eat raw liver sashimi. Besides that, you can eat various rare items, so it's also recommended for those who want to play the role of the Solitary Gourmet. Compared to beef or pork, horse meat has a lighter taste, so it's recommended for those who care about calories. Pricing is a bit high for Sakai-Higashi, so young people need to be careful. First visit after work to a famous horse meat specialty store that I've been curious about for a while. Starting with the supreme horse sashimi platter! I would have liked it to include liver, but the kainomi was exceptionally rich in flavor 👍👍 The grilled skirt steak and tenderloin were good, but I still prefer raw meat or beef after all (laughs). As for the horse meat gyoza and horse fried chicken, They didn't really taste much like horse...? To finish, the horse broth ramen was authentic and extremely delicious ★

When it comes to horse meat yakiniku, it's Ketobashiya Champion. First, horse sashimi and raw liver. As expected, it's fresh, odorless, and delicious. The yakiniku was also very satisfying, ranging from chewy cuts to tender lean meat. The horse broth ramen and uma-toro maki were also delicious, so when in doubt for horse dishes, this place is definitely a safe bet.

I had horse liver sashimi and heart sashimi at a rare horse meat specialty restaurant. The gyoza with horse meat was also delicious! Horse meat yakiniku isn't as greasy as beef, and it could be eaten very refreshingly. I think older people can also enjoy it deliciously. I enjoyed it deliciously too. I will visit again!
