Visited for the first time with family after making a phone reservation on the same day. The semi-private room is quite cozy. The variety of dishes is extremely abundant. Since we went during peak hours, It's a pity that the ordered food didn't arrive at all. We canceled several items. As for the food we did eat, The mentaiko motsunabe was delicious. As for the yakitori, Almost no natural flavor of the ingredients can be tasted. The saltiness is also a bit too strong. The sauce has a common sweet taste, And it didn't suit our family. It is recommended for those who like sweet sauce. As for desserts, There is a wide variety and overall they seem reasonably priced. There are some expensive ones too, But please try them if you like! As for drinks, There is also a rich menu here. Since I was driving, I had non-alcoholic drinks, But I think you can enjoy them because there are many types. However, it's a pity that even drinks are served very late during crowded times. There were quick-serve menu items, And things ordered at the beginning Were not served until the end and had to be canceled. Various things are probably unavoidable during peak hours, but if so, failing to secure staff or restrict reservations will cause a significant drop in service, which I think is a heavy blow for a restaurant.
View on GoogleI wanted to eat motsunabe and knew the restaurant was there from passing by, so I dropped in. It has an izakaya format where drinks are a given and an otoshi (mandatory appetizer) is compulsory. For people who just want to eat, this might be a bit bothersome. Therefore, unless you clearly ask for cold water when ordering your first drink, they won't bring it to you. Food is ordered via a QR code system, which is good for beginners and hesitant people. The food was served quickly, which was great. However, the signature torikawa felt a bit skimpy. I feel like the torikawa I ate before had more volume, the flavor was thoroughly soaked into the middle, and the surface was crispier. The motsunabe was very delicious. The grilled rice ball was easily eaten even after the finishing zosui. The dessert after the meal also seemed famous, but it was a bit pricey, so I refrained. This is a bit of a harsh review, but I would like to come again. Thank you for the meal.
View on GoogleAll the food was delicious and matched the image in the photos. Despite being crowded, the serving speed was fast, so I was extremely satisfied in every aspect. Since I hadn't made a reservation, I was told it was fully booked upon arrival. They told me specific times, such as my current waiting number and that I would have to wait until 20:00 at the latest depending on when seats became available due to the 2-hour limit. Because of this, I could wait without anxiety about not knowing how long I would be waiting. It was also great that they would call me back, allowing me to use my waiting time effectively.
View on GoogleThe staff provided smiling service and pleasant hospitality. The speed of food delivery was fast, and there are many types of drinks and desserts, which is fun. The price... might end up high if you order too much. Are drinks relatively high?
View on GoogleFirst of all, the chicken skin felt way too small. The inside of the pig trotter was way too cold. Perhaps the mug was dirty, but the oolong tea tasted bad. The restaurant had a clean feel. The service staff were well-trained.
