This restaurant is owned and operated by a young couple who is passionate for and dedicated to food! They even home-grow herbs and spices used in their dishes! Pasta dish that we tried was cooked al dente and Japanese curry-beef rice was absolutely delicious! No doubt that this is a place for those looking for good food and relaxation!

Glad to see this place still in business! I went here years ago when I lived in Sakai briefly. The couple that runs the place was very kind to me, and I was happy to support their business!

A short walk from Mikunigaoka Station. It's a lunch and cafe spot, rumored to have very delicious cakes, so I came with high expectations♪ The menu is mainly a few kinds of pasta and cafe items. They seem to have scones too, but I didn't try them this time. I ordered the Mozzarella Tomato Cream Pasta and The Lane Cafe Set, while my friend ordered the King Oyster Mushroom & Pork Black Sesame Pasta and the Seasonal Shortcake (melon this time). Everything was delicious, but the black sesame pasta my friend shared with me tasted head and shoulders above the rest, and I secretly decided this is the one for next time♡ The dessert cafe set with the three-item assortment was super cute, and it was so good I felt like I could eat a full size instead of just half♪ The sponge of the shortcake is extremely fluffy and melts away softly. If you like gentle-tasting cakes, this will hit the spot. Since I went right at opening time, I was able to spend time comfortably without crowds♪ Even so, there were other customers besides us, including who looked like regulars, so I feel it has a strong following. If it were near my house, I'd definitely be a frequent visitor. I envy the people living nearby (haha). I'll probably go back again after a while♪ Thank you for the delicious pasta and cake☺︎
