Went during lunch time. The lunch menu changes every month. The karaage is deep-fried thoroughly, so if you order it expecting something juicy, you'll be chewing quite a bit. The lunch has a solid portion. There are tatami seats and table seats, and the table seats right after entering the door can be shared. However, there are 2 parking spaces in front of the store. You can also park in the back of the store... If it's full, you need to back up the entry lane back to the road. Udon. Curry udon. Rice bowls. Whatever you eat, it's delicious.
View on GoogleVisited during weekday lunch hours. The interior has an old-school atmosphere and is very relaxing. Monthly Service Set ¥850 A set of mini katsu bowl and kake udon with pickles and a small side dish is very reasonable! Fried Chicken Set (Karaage Teishoku) ¥980 A set of 5 pieces of fried chicken, a small udon, a small side dish, pickles, and rice. The udon broth is extremely delicious! Is it bonito or kelp broth? It had a gentle, slightly sweet taste. Dublin noodles are a bit soft but have a firm, satisfying chew, and being handmade, the uneven thickness added even more character! It was cooked with slightly soft rice and was very delicious! The katsu bowl, fried chicken, and kouya dofu side dish were all delicious! Located near Lalaport Sakai. There are plenty of eateries around, but I'll come here again next time! Next time I'll try the curry udon everyone praises!!
View on GoogleParking available for 2 cars in front of the store and 4 in the back. It's pleasant to watch an energetic couple (?) efficiently go about their work. The interior is bright, with table seats and a raised tatami area. Above all, the old-school Naniwa-style broth is delicious. Both udon and soba match the broth and go down smoothly. The rice in the rice bowls is also good.
View on GoogleVisited with kids. There was tatami seating, large tables, and the shop's atmosphere felt like an old-school udon shop, making it very cozy. There is a rich menu; we had the set meal for adults consisting of udon, a side dish, rice, and a small plate, and the kids' set for the child. From a mother's perspective, this kids' set was amazing!!! It came with udon, 2 rice balls, fried chicken, fries, cabbage and tomato salad, juice, jelly, and even a toy. This! This is what you look for in a kids' set! I got so excited (laughs) An old-school shop, but the kind of shop that has unfortunately become rare nowadays, and since there isn't one near our house, I felt grateful to have found this place ☺️
View on GoogleI had the katsu bowl and curry udon. The katsu bowl is thick, tender, and delicious, but it's a bit disappointing that the egg was slightly overcooked. The curry udon has curry spices slightly stronger than the broth, but it's not too spicy. If you order curry udon, they provide a paper apron. February 2022
