Went for lunch near the work site (^-^) The shop staff are friendly and it's comfortable. What I ordered this time: Aka Tensho Ramen 850 yen Chashu 320 yen Half Yakimeshi (fried rice) 280 yen Gyoza 320 yen The ramen has quite a bit of spiciness. More refreshing than expected. Or rather, the umami is weak. The garlic is the crush-it-yourself type. I added it, but the garlic presence was minimal. The chashu is delicious (^-^) The gyoza is also just average, I guess. The yakimeshi feels like it was pre-made. Thank you for the meal ✨
View on GoogleLunch for the day was at "Tensho Ramen" in Fukainakamachi, Sakai City. Fukainakamachi, along the road one street west of Senboku Route 1, a little south of the Nakafukai Koban-mae intersection, at the ramen shop "Tensho Ramen", I had the "Shoyu Ramen" with ajitama (flavored egg) topping, plus the "Half Fried Rice Set". "Tensho Ramen" was seemingly founded in 2008. It was written on the chopstick wrapper. Now then, As for the "Shoyu Ramen", on the menu, it was introduced as: "The umami and richness of soy sauce with chicken bone soup, alias 'Sakai Black'". Before long, the "Shoyu Ramen" made its appearance. The soup is chicken bone-based with seafood dashi working together, combined with a soy sauce tare using dark soy sauce. The noodles are medium-thin noodles. Low hydration noodles. Atop the noodles were 4 thinly sliced pork belly chashu slices, menma, bean sprouts, the topped flavored egg, and chopped green onions sprinkled in the center. A pitch-black soup using dark soy sauce. Truly with exquisite salt balance, I think it's a high-level soup where you can solidly feel the richness of the soy sauce. The chashu and the egg with its runny yolk were both amazingly nice. It was seriously the best ramen. The shoyu ramen was super delicious ~~~
View on GoogleA hugely popular local shop with a consistent taste I had also been away for a very long time (^^;) This November marks its 18th anniversary, making it a super popular shop loved by locals! Since it's been a while, I chose the basic Tensho Ramen. The orthodox taste is not particularly flashy, nor does it lean into recent trends, allowing you to enjoy it with peace of mind.
View on GoogleVisited "Tensho Ramen" located in Fukainakamachi, Naka-ku, Sakai City, Osaka. Since I happened to come nearby for work and thought about grabbing lunch before heading back, I searched for a ramen shop on Tabelog, and since this one had a parking lot and was very close, I visited. Arrived around 11:15, and there were already several groups of customers. By the time we started eating, it was full, making it clear why it's a popular local shop. What I ordered this time: Tensho Ramen (800 yen) with Half Fried Rice Set (280 yen). Review of the taste: Though the soup looks quite rich visually, the pork bone soy sauce is not too sharp and has a mild taste. The fried rice was also fluffy/grainy, and ridiculously delicious. Even after finishing it's not heavy at all, light enough that even a child could eat it. The only slight drawback is that the parking lot is hard to exit. Thank you for the meal ~
View on GoogleTensho Ramen" Visited in November 2025 and definitely posted a review, but it disappeared so reposting I think I ordered the Tensho Ramen half fried rice set Looking at the review photos I came expecting a rich flavor, but I remember it being lighter than I imagined Far from the station, I went on foot, but might be easier to go by car Thank you for the meal ✨
