It is run by an experienced and warm-hearted couple in their late 60s or early 70s. This is a quintessential Osaka-style takoyaki shop with decades in the business. Shops like this that have blended into the local community for years are precious. Chairs and tables are set up in front of the shop so you can eat on the spot.

Experience Osaka as imagined by Kanto residents I happened to drop by while walking to view the kofun from the observation deck. Since we had dinner plans, we shared an 8-piece takoyaki. The staff was really kind, and I thought, ah, this might be what human warmth in Osaka is like in my imagination~ just from that I was excited, and when I tasted it 🤤 Melt-in-your-mouth delicious takoyaki!! And the price is reasonable too!! Usually, I have no choice but to buy takoyaki like 6 pieces for 700 yen at a food court, but in authentic Osaka, takoyaki this delicious is under 500 yen!! My husband and I eagerly devoured it together. We borrowed a table in front of the shop, and both the wife and husband were very kind to us, adding to our happy memories in Osaka. Next time I definitely want to try the okonomiyaki! It was really delicious, thank you for the meal ☺️
