We’ve driven past this little roadside ramen shop many times and always noticed the parking lot full of cars. Our curiosity finally got the better of us, and we’re so glad we stopped. It was definitely worth it! The ramen was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and it’s easy to see why this place is so popular. We’ll certainly be stopping by again whenever we’re in the area.

Sweat Guaranteed! A 'rich miso' that burns from the core of the body with the power of sake kasu Visited at 2:20 PM There were 3 customers inside the shop. Ordered the winter-limited 'Rich Miso Ramen' for 1180 yen at Taiyo Ramen in Mihara. This isn't just ordinary miso ramen. The soup, heavily infused with sake kasu and ground sesame paste, has a deep richness like the 'ultimate thick kasujiru' from the very first sip. Perhaps due to the effect of sake kasu, my body started feeling warm and cozy right while eating, and the sweat just wouldn't stop! However, slurping the medium-thick curly noodles while sweating is exceptionally delicious. For a weekday lunch, Don't hesitate to get the 'Mini Char-Mayo Rice Bowl (+300 yen)' set. The loop between the guilty pleasure of mayo and the sake kasu-scented rich soup is insanely addictive. The ultimate detox ramen to blow away the winter cold! Thank you for the meal.

Happened to go nearby and remembered watching a video about it, so I went. I ate it wondering what pork bone salt ramen was like, and at first I thought it might be a bit bland? But it was so light that I could easily drink the soup all the way to the end! The parking lot is a bit hard to park in, but it was a stylish and nice shop. Next time I'd like to try the pork bone curry 😀

March 2026 Weekday lunch visit There is a parking lot for about 3 cars in front of the shop, and a larger parking lot down below the shop. I ordered the tantanmen, and it's ridiculously delicious. A slotted spoon is also provided so you can eat all the ingredients in the soup, showing consideration so nothing goes to waste, and I was extremely satisfied. My college student son got a large portion of abura soba and said he wasn't hungry until evening. I was surprised since he eats quite a lot. It's a shop I want to thank for meeting, thinking there are such delicious ramen shops out there. I'm going to eat there again!

Extremely satisfied with the generous amount of chashu. Straight thin noodles are rare in Osaka. It looks rich, but tastes light and delicious when you eat it.
