This shop is built on the mother's personality. A shop wrapped in mysterious charm. She made and served me crab egg foo young, saying "sorry for making you wait for food".

For an early-bird type like me, this place opening at 21:00 has a pretty high barrier. I went with what seemed to be the basic Husband Ramen for 680 yen. The soup is a tonkotsu dashi with soy sauce tare seasoning, the noodles are loosely crinkled square-cut noodles, and the toppings are sliced pork belly charsiu, grilled mochi, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions. The mochi definitely has a huge impact, but the rest ties together well and I think it's a delicious bowl. Rather than a ramen specialty shop, it feels like a fusion of town Chinese, casual drinking spot, and a snack bar without karaoke. Interior hygiene-wise, although miscellaneous, wiping is thoroughly done ◎, and pricewise it's quite cheap and a bargain. Hospitality-wise, the landlady's service was remarkably good and left an impression. Also, I was treated to a half-size shrimp and egg dish on the house, and I was moved by the hospitality. With zero roughness and totally satisfied, I'll give it the highest rating of 5 stars overall!

A pretty punchy establishment! Taste is good, cost performance is good, landlady's character is super great! There's also a parking lot. Since they only operate at night, the customer demographic gives off the impression of many drinkers. The interior can seat only about 15 people. Counter seating only. There seem to be many regular customers, and no matter when you go, everyone is so friendly that it gives the atmosphere of "Wait, do all of you know each other?!". Us who only go occasionally might stand out slightly (laughs)

After finishing work late on 3/6 (Sat), around 2 AM, I went to eat garlic ramen and katsudon! The garlic ramen was also loaded with minced garlic and had a punchy taste that felt like it would give me a boost of energy. The katsudon had a sweet, gentle flavor and was delicious! I was treated to sweet and sour pork on the house, and this was delicious too. Next time I want to go eat sweet and sour pork! The shop has counter-only seating, but it had an atmosphere of being loved by locals and regulars, and the owner mom was kind and wonderful. The regular ladies were also kind to me. Since it's open until 5 AM, I plan to come back and eat heartily again! Thanks for the meal.

After finishing work I wanted to see Mama's face and visited for the first time in a while! Usually I just have ramen, but this time I had the Husband Ramen, gyoza, and homemade pickled cucumbers! The cucumbers arranged radially was lovely ✨ And I was healed today by talking with Mama and having the Husband Ramen with mochi and bean sprouts. Thank you as always 😊 Parking space is apparently numbers 26 and 27 next to the shop. I've never parked there so if you go by car, please look for it.
