This time I visited Sushi Hide in Sakaihigashi. It's in a good location, a 3-minute walk from Sakaihigashi Station🏃‍➡️ The shop opened in 2024 and it was very clean inside😍 Today I used the table seats in the back for a friend's birthday👏 The food I ordered👇 ・Omakase course 7,700 yen. Appetizer, three types of sashimi, grilled dish, fried dish, 6 pieces of top sushi, chawanmushi. A few additional single items🤏 Not only sushi, but grilled and fried dishes are also included in the course, and being able to eat various types is good👍 For sushi, it has to be Japanese sake, so there are rare brands of Japanese sake, and the drinks go down smoothly🍶

A shop I've been interested in for a long time. I made a reservation and came!! When I entered the shop, despite being a first-timer, the service was very polite!! First, three types of sashimi, after that my husband also ordered sushi. I also ordered tempura. Uni, chutoro, and namero too. I wanted to eat more, but that's for next time!! The drinks were also enough, and although it was my first visit, I kept a bottle! The ingredients were also ◎. It was very comfortable!! I will come again!! The sprout onion for the finish was also ◎!!

I used it for dining with family and loved ones. The owner made careful adjustments and fulfilled my unreasonable requests to the limit. Even though it was the first time, they made many concessions.
