Sakai Hatsushiba 'Soba Kichi' in a narrow alley Entered first waiting for opening Local regulars arrived one after another Immediately full Popular shop Today's service Curry bowl with cold bukkake udon Had them Super yummy yum Gentle, delicious, profound flavor Thank you for the meal
View on GoogleIf you are just looking for the home-cooked taste of a local traditional soba shop, your satisfaction level will be very high. It feels like a shop loved by regulars. It fills up with people from early on. If you raise your expectations too much, you might find it more expensive than expected, wanting more volume, or getting hung up on minor things like 'What is the noteworthy point...', so you'll be most satisfied if you just casually drop by when passing nearby.
View on GoogleSoba Kichi' Located in Hatsushiba, Soba Kichi has a total 'the local!!' vibe. I've used it several times. This time I visited for dinner. The interior has an old-school atmosphere, with 7 counter seats and three 4-person table seats, totaling 10 seats. Quite narrow. Abundant menu variety. ================ I ordered curry udon and inari sushi. Friend (1) ordered curry tempura udon and inari sushi. Friend (2) ordered sukiyaki-style hot pot set meal ❣️ Arrived in about 6-7 minutes ❣️ The broth has depth, is quite spicy (individual differences), and has a rustic taste. The noodles are medium-thick and chewy. There were 2 pieces of inari sushi. The taste had a good ginger kick and was delicious ♪ Though I felt the flavor was slightly light. Thank you for the meal ☆ The staff member was kind, smiling, and chatty ‼️ : Ookini!! ← Like this. Taste delicious, staff smiling, atmosphere good 🙆 There are way too many items on the menu here so you get lost. View on GoogleLocated in a residential area tucked away slightly from Hatsushiba Station. There is no parking lot, but there is a bicycle parking area. Bright and clean interior. Energetic landlady? and a taciturn owner. 7 counter seats, 3 table seats. Menu is abundant with soba, udon, donburi, zosui, as well as a la carte drinking snacks. Dashi has punch, noodles are delicious. Rice is also cooked just right. No smoking inside.
View on GoogleOrdered the mini donburi set. A set of mini Konoha-don and soba for 730 yen. An orthodox taste with no bizarre quirks whatsoever. Places that serve this kind of taste at this price with pleasant customer service are fewer than expected. A good shop. I don't have many opportunities to go to Hatsushiba, but whenever I do go, I want to come here every time.
