The age restriction for the grass slide is confusing. The Japanese signs state that children aged 3 and under are not allowed, meaning the minimum age is 4. However, the English translation says “under 3 years old,” which suggests that 3-year-olds are allowed. Our daughter, aged 3 years and 11 months, was refused entry because the staff followed the Japanese rule. Please correct the English translation to avoid misleading international visitors. This incorrect information significantly affected our experience.
View on GoogleIt's Saturday around noon, but it's fairly empty. The slope is pretty steep, and the grass is new, so you slide down pretty fast. The kids look like they're having fun♫
View on GoogleSliding looked fun! Seems dangerous when it's crowded though
View on GoogleIt's fun. Climbing back up the slope to slide again is tiring, but it's good exercise, and personally it's my favorite attraction. However, when I went a little while ago, it said "Children aged 3 and under cannot ride from July 9 to the end of September due to the risk of burns," and as a parent of a 2-year-old, I was really disappointed. They should put it more prominently at the top of the website, and the grass gets really hot and... wait, then adults could get burned too, right? Isn't there artificial turf made of a material that doesn't get hot? For fun alone it'd be 5 stars, but the above bothered me, so I took off one star. If you're coming from far away with small children during summer vacation, please be careful.
