A super popular restaurant despite being in a location hard to get to without a car! I went by taxi from Shirasagi Station 🚕 I think it was 1100 yen? If you share a ride it's not much of an amount and it's a restaurant worth going to! Seafood is also very delicious and fresh! The milt of the tiger blowfish was also irresistible!! Added salmon roe and sea urchin toppings to the seafood thick sushi roll~!! You can't tell from the entrance, but the inside is quite spacious so you might be able to get in without a reservation, but making a reservation is probably foolproof 🥺 I will visit again!! I visited around 18:00 on a Friday and was able to get in immediately without a reservation. The food mainly consists of seafood like sashimi and sushi, but they also have izakaya-like menu items. Today's special menu is also listed on the whiteboard. The food was stylish and delicious, especially the eel which was thick and fluffy. The sushi also had thick toppings and was delicious. My companion said the chicken nanzan was also delicious with juicy meat juice! The interior was bright and clean with plenty of counter seats and tatami seating. Since there were few customers that day, the speed of serving food was within an acceptable range, but on national holidays, reserving in advance might get you food faster. It's not cheap, but it's a restaurant worth its price.

My spouse and I went to eat by reserving the 'Blowfish Whole Course with Milt'. Starting from tessa (blowfish sashimi), grilled milt, tetchiri (blowfish hot pot), to zosui (rice porridge), they served them in proper intervals. There was no karaage (fried chicken), but the quality and quantity were more than enough, and the grilled milt in particular was superb. Both of us were full and headed home immersed in a sense of satisfaction.

Parking is only for 2 cars in front of the store. There are 2 coin parking lots nearby so you won't have trouble with parking. Thinking it might be just a counter shop?! The inside is wider than expected, tatami seating is available, and it's brightly lit. They have about 10 types of local sake, and a nice service where they change your ochoko (sake cup) each time 😆 No matter what you eat, the food is delicious; it's a recommended hidden gem. Next time I'd like to try the blowfish whole course and spiny lobster sashimi!
