Although it's called Uotaro, it was Haya, a butcher shop. We were guided to a private room and could have a calm meal. Inside the restaurant smelled quite strongly of meat.

Went to lunch. Parking is in front and behind the store. Went during lunch time, it's very empty. Probably because the building is old, the inside feels like a maze. The menu also feels subpar. Along with lunch, there is a self-service coffee, but honestly it's not very delicious. Sweets are also included. Something like castella. I wonder if this has been cut for a while? The surface was slightly hard. Hard to say it's delicious. However, the cost performance is good and you get full.

If there were half stars, I'd give half. The course appetizer was wrong, and they were slow to come take all-you-can-drink orders. The worst part was that the men's restroom smelled bad.

A restaurant that does the stupid thing of stopping the shuttle bus on the narrow road in front of the store! Part-time staff are unfriendly and only give responses that are not like service industry at all!
