I saw a delivery person get off their motorcycle to pick up a towel dropped on the road and hang it on a guardrail. I thought it was a very kind clerk. Please keep up the good work.

The price might be higher than other pizza shops, but the taste of the pizza here is by far the most delicious. Pizza Hut, Domino's, Saizeriya, I was surprised that the rating was too low. If Pizza Hut goes out of business, I won't be able to eat delicious pizza at home. I have never had an unpleasant experience with the employees working there, and they deliver piping hot pizza every time. It's a grateful pizza shop for an elderly person living alone. Being able to eat delicious pizza without having to travel to Umeda, Kitahama, or Namba is appreciated.

When I ordered pizza in the past, it took about 50 minutes to bring it, but it was cold. I can understand it taking time, but being cold was no good. To top it off, generally speaking for Pizza Hut as a whole, the price is high across the board. At the same price, with other delivery pizzas, you could order a size larger. It's a wonder they are still in business. Doesn't headquarters think about things? The taste is also worse than elsewhere. I question continuing to sell unpalatable things without even improving them.

Ordered via Uber. Since something so different from the photo arrived, I called the store, but without even checking the photo, they said, "That's just how it is." When I sent the photo to Uber management, they judged that "a completely different item has arrived" and I got a refund. I discarded the item because it felt gross. It was a shop with the worst customer service.

I ordered pizza and set C on December 25, but the crab cream croquette was forgotten. Since it was a special Christmas, I felt reluctant to call them up and have them bring it over again, so I gave up.
