Even though I reserved for 4:55 PM, I got an email more than 10 minutes before that it was baked, and maybe because it was too early, by the time I got home it was lukewarm and cold. Terrible. Even when I arrived at the shop, I didn't know where to park the bike and there was only the area near the entrance, so when I parked it on the side of the neighboring shop (which was closed), a staff member came out and told me to move it. I said I'm just picking up so I'll leave right away once I get it, but they blurted out, "If you leave it parked there, we can't assist you." Even though I was parked right in front of the neighboring shop, there were other cars and many delivery bikes lined up and it's hard to understand where to park, and to be spoken to like that, plus the pizza was cold, I will never use this place again.
