For the New Year's menu, you could choose 2 items from obanzai and onigiri. Enjoying New Year's dishes for 1,500 yen! The smiles of the running couple were also wonderful, making it a highly satisfying lunch 🍙. The miso soup made with sea bream bone broth and the burdock tea at the end were both delicious 🫶 I'd love to visit again.

The first week of the month from Thursday to Saturday is a journey of world flavors ✈️ December 2024 is... ~Journey of World Flavors: Germany 🇩🇪 with Mulled Wine~ This time it's all about meat in Germany 🍖🥩🥓✨ The dressing for the opening salad was both delicious, and I used it for the meat dishes that followed. Not to mention the salted pork that came next, the pickles and rye bread were also delicious, giving me an early sense of fulfillment 😋 Then came a wave of spareribs, and right while I was sinking my teeth into the bones, homemade sausage appeared. Reset Meal 1,200 yen Open only on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. The menu consists of soup, 3 appetizers, plus the main dish and rice. On this day, you could choose the main dish between meat (chicken) or fish, and the rice between five-grain rice or seasoned kayaku rice. Chose the kayaku rice and the meat. Extremely gentle flavors. Not just the main dish, but the appetizers and soup also have an incredibly healthy taste, though not bland—you could firmly taste the natural flavors of the ingredients. The exterior is just a regular detached house, but the inside doesn't feel much like a residence. Soothing BGM and a cozy space. Since it pushes the healthy vibe all-out, the demographic is mostly madams (laughs). Feels quite intimidating for a guy to go in alone. However, the menu items were extremely delicious.

October 2023 Had the Reset Meal. You get to eat plenty of ingredients, including appetizers, small side dishes, soup, and the main course. It's delicious with a kick of fermented foods and spices. You can feel your body getting filled with lots of nourishment. The people at the shop also have a very nice vibe.
