My 4-year-old wanted to try it, and it was a gamble, but it happened to be a time when there were no other customers and we basically had the place to ourselves, so I let my kid give it a go with a parent along. As expected, my kid got scared and had trouble moving forward, and I was thinking "Well, even getting partway is a good experience," but a young staff member carefully helped through the difficult zone, and somehow we made it to the goal! Thanks to that, my kid seemed to feel a real sense of accomplishment and was very satisfied. Even after we got home, my kid keeps saying "I really did my best, huh~." Thank you so much! I don't think you can always get one-on-one support like this, so the timing was really lucky, but I was happy because I could feel the staff member's determination to help my kid reach the goal somehow.
