Great view over the city almost 360 degree on the 21st FL. Free of charge. It is panoramic experience on a sunny day to observe all the major sights near Osaka area, with the clear map indicating those notable spots. Also another exhibit if a local comic book series too. One interesting vending machine carrying the co branded drinks. One pian open to the public for playing, as a lovely touch.

Free ride to the 21st floor for a 360-degree view of Sakai, including the keyhole-shaped tombs that the city is well-known for. But, don't expect beautiful aerial views of the tombs as you're still quite low. But, it's a nice (and free!) way to kickstart your visit to the city.

Free. They did a great job educating about the accident burial site. Help desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the time there.

This place is seriously a hidden gem. The staff are super nice and helpful, and it's totally free to get in. You get a beautiful view of the Mozu tomb, but you can't quite see the keyhole shape since it's a bit far and not high enough. If you wanna see the Mozu tomb from above, you gotta take the balloon in Daisen Park. Oh, and there's also a free GLO13 manga exhibit, but the vending machine is always empty.

One of the best spots to experience the panoramic view of Osaka and to learn Sakai's history! No admission fee as well!
