There are many delicious chicken restaurants around Nakamozu station. This is one of them. Low-temperature cooked liver, raw tsukune with a melting texture where you can enjoy raw chicken with various flavors, white fried chicken competing only with chicken umami and salt, chicken hitsumabushi, etc., were all very delicious.
