日本料理 味所望Nihonryori Ajidokoro Bo
Authentic kaiseki cuisine served by the owner who was the head chef at Ajikitcho for over 40 years, along with his family. A hideaway quietly nestled in a residential area around Nakamozu and Shinkinaoka in Sakai. Seats include a counter and private rooms, available for business entertainment, celebrations, and first-eating ceremonies. Completely reservation-only, the course changes every month. We also do cooking classes, sake pairing parties, Ehomaki, Osechi, etc. Takeout kaiseki bento boxes are also popular. Recently, we've also started parent-child cooking classes and are challenging new things.

A Japanese restaurant quietly located in a residential area. Customer service, food, and vessels are all wonderful. Even considering that it's Sakai City, Osaka, the price is not cheap, but in return, you get to eat solid, good things. Also, the tempo of serving is good, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a meal comfortably without stress. It was a really good restaurant.
View on GoogleVisited for Sunday lunch. I can't forget how delicious the food was last year... Today we ate at the counter wearing mask dining, the food served one by one at the right timing was all delicious, and each explanation was detailed, so we could taste it while feeling the love of the creators. In the restaurant where a leisurely time flows, enjoying elaborate dishes while making the most of the ingredients... I was glad to get a glimpse of the meticulous work of craftsmen including the master and young master, and their attitude towards work made me reflect on myself and straighten my posture. I am grateful to be able to eat delicious food in such a wonderful environment nearby. This time it was a birthday party, so I asked to add dessert to the lunch course, and I'm really grateful that they produced our request more smartly than expected. Of course the fruit and cake were also delicious. Since I felt a special sense, I'll refrain from posting photos. It's a restaurant worthy of spending important time with someone important. Thank you for the rich time. I'll visit again.
View on GoogleReserved for Monday around 12:00. Both counter and tatami seats were almost full. Good atmosphere of the store, and I could enjoy lunch leisurely even when crowded. It was so delicious that I made a mistake of forgetting to take pictures of the bowl and rice. They serve it at such a good timing. I thought it was a high-threshold restaurant, but both the master and landlady smiled and my tension melted away. They also explained the dishes and answered questions from us willingly. Thank you for the meal! I'll visit again.
View on GoogleAt the recommendation of a friend, I visited during Saturday lunchtime. At the counter seats, I was impressed to see the detailed work of craftsmen including the master. Every dish has a delicate seasoning with the umami of the broth. I'd like to visit when I come to Osaka again.
View on GoogleIt's a restaurant I want to take important people to. With just the right amount of luxury so you don't have to be stiff, you can relax and enjoy your food. Incorporating Western ideas, but the ingredients are Japanese. Not too modern, nor bizarrely eccentric, the playfulness shines because the Japanese basics are solid. It is a restaurant where you can deeply taste the gentle broth of Kansai Kappo. For example, if you ask to celebrate a birthday, they will attach a message plate to a nice Japanese sweet instead of a birthday cake for dessert. Such thoughtful touches are also pleasing.
