Ordered the ramen with chicken soup. Rich broth with chewy noodles which is the perfect texture for me. Chashu is not ur typical braised pork and looks alittle like ham. The pork-soup bun tasted ok but cannot compare with taiwanese soup dumpling.

Had the chicken broth ramen here, the broth is thick and flavourful, the noodles are thick enough to carry the broth, the chicken is cooked perfectly too. great place to visit
