Lunch today went to "Haminami" in Dejimahamadori, Sakai City. We went with the family to "Haminami", a restaurant located along Old Route 26, heading toward the sea from Minato Station on the Nankai Main Line. I had the "Champon + Yakimeshi" set, my child had the "Fried Chicken Set", and my wife had the single item "Champon". Well, Here "Haminami" is a popular restaurant where you can enjoy Nagasaki Champon using ingredients shipped directly from the authentic place. Soon, the "Champon" and "Yakimeshi" appeared. Here's "Champon", the soup is a tonkotsu-based cloudy white soup. The noodles are straight thick noodles. The ingredients are cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, green onions, sweet corn, squid, pork belly, and pink kamaboko. The well-emulsified soup is condensed with richness and umami, and it feels amazingly good! Champon loaded with vegetables and ingredients was truly a bowl of bliss. And, Yakimeshi is a simple yakimeshi with only eggs and sweet corn. This is also the best! Amidst this inflation, the price remains unchanged. I really think it's wonderful. Champon & yakimeshi were super delicious~~~

Does it have garlic? It was delicious Potato Salad Actually this was recommended Potato salad with apples I like it a lot, but today it was salty When I asked my friend, they said it wasn't salty, so maybe it was just that day? Want to get revenge again Fast serving speed and good care with sharing plates was nice

Visited around 1 PM on a weekday More than half of the seats were occupied Ordered the lunch menu set of champon and fried rice Served in about 5 minutes, fried rice came about 5 minutes later. Champon is good with lots of vegetables, but the taste felt a bit mild. There are seasonings like pepper and sauce so you can arrange it to your liking. Delicious, but average level. Common taste. Unusally, the fried rice contained corn. The corn mellowed out the saltiness and made eating easier. Personally, I thought the fried rice was more delicious than the champon. Parking is available for 4-5 cars on the north side of the shop. It's tight parking, so if you can't get out, you tell the staff to move the car.
