It was completely different from Fukuoka motsunabe! Soy sauce-based bean sprout hot pot with mixed offal. The a la carte dishes were delicious, and the wife's customer service was great too!
View on GoogleIt was cold so we visited thinking we wanted to eat hot pot. First off, cheap. Around 1,000 yen per serving. The photo shows 2 servings, but the pot is served stacked high with vegetables. It also had various kinds of motsu inside. It was delicious
View on GoogleNo misses on this menu. Everything is delicious. Recommendations include the tofu takoyaki-style, dashimaki, nakaochi kalbi, and so on. The ultimate recommendation is the curry udon ordered as the final dish for the motsunabe. You order the preceding motsunabe just because you want to eat this curry udon. To top it off, it's cheap! I go here all the time.
View on GoogleIt helps that it's relatively empty most of the time. The taste is good, and both food and drinks are brought out smoothly.
View on GoogleAs expected, it's a shop that gets crowded in the winter when the temperature drops. There are 3 types of motsunabe itself, but I recommend putting curry soup into the regular motsunabe at the end for the final course. When I sat near the entrance, I shivered from the cold every time a customer came in or out. I wish they'd turn up the heating more. Also, when I ordered the octopus salad, I was disappointed to find it barely had any cucumber pieces in it.
