Appetizer was caponata using Jerusalem artichoke and cream stew of Marumi daikon radish topped with soybean-made sea urchin, surprisingly super delicious. And whole carrot fry Honestly really dislike carrot sweetness so don't eat willingly, but surprised at first bite!
