This restaurant is located along the Chukan westbound road (Sakai City), a popular spot I'd been curious about for a few years. Since there's no parking lot, I couldn't easily visit, but I finally managed to walk from the station. I had the Aburakasu Tsukemen. It has a soy sauce base with aburakasu—meaning deep-fried offal?—in the soup. It's a delicious soup with a hint of sweetness. The noodles are firm and cling well to the soup, making it a delicious tsukemen. I thought the green onions in the soup went extremely well. I drank all of it using soup-wari (diluting the remaining broth). Even so, why 3 stars? Because everything except cooking is self-service. From getting water to cleaning up after eating. Despite that, the prices are moderate, which is why it lost a star. The second reason is that there are all sorts of warning notices posted around the shop. I suppose that's typical of popular restaurants. However, this is just my subjective evaluation. Sorry about that. It's a restaurant with lines, and the taste is undeniable. It's delicious. Please give it a try.

Went for the first time in several years. Meal tickets, counter-only seating, a lot of things have changed. * Aburakasu Tsukemen & Rice * Karakara Tsukemen There was plenty of aburakasu in it~. The aburakasu was delicious. Maybe because it's been a while, did the taste change? It was quite a long time ago, but I liked the noodles from back then. I'm sure they reached the current noodles through repeated research 😅 I'd love for them to bring back the old style as a limited-time item

The food here is truly top-notch! I had the Niboshi Ramen, and the taste and the firmness of the noodles were wonderful! This place has seats exclusively for solo diners, and I think it's a restaurant that has handled the current COVID situation very well! They serve both tsukemen and ramen, and both are delicious! Anyone passing by or coming to this area for business, please be sure to stop by once! ※ Since there are few seats, you may have to wait in line. Even so, it's delicious, so don't give up and try waiting in line to eat!

📸 Misakian 🍜 Signature Aburakasu Tsukemen 💰 950 yen 🚃 Mikunigaoka South Osaka specialty aburakasu. First experience. The slightly tangy broth mixed with the sweetness of the aburakasu feels just right. The shop is basically self-service.

Went for the second time. Niboshi Tsukemen, Seafood Ramen, Spicy Aburakasu Ramen All of them were delicious. Well-balanced and personally very much to my liking. ...................................................... A restaurant I definitely want to visit again! The tsukemen is delicious. The niboshi broth has an elegant flavor that makes you want to eat it over and over again. It's our whole family's favorite ramen shop. Not having a parking lot is minus 1.
